A Gibson

1 1/2 oz dry gin
1/2 oz French vermouth
3 pearl onions
twist lemon peel

Combine vermouth and gin. Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 3 ounce cocktail glass. Twist of lemon peel and serve with three pearl onions.
